Experienced in domestic and international food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing quality/quality systems having worked for Kraft, Avon Products, JL Prescott, Nabisco, NutraSweet, Monsanto, Gallo, SPI Polyols, Ottens Flavors, Treasury Wine Estates, Tate & Lyle, Philadelphia Macaroni and Finlays. Since retiring, quality system consulting for Brookside Flavors, Mark Anthony Brewing, Sweet Bee Organics and AFB International. The most important part of my career has been developing my team - I am proud of all of the members of my teams who did more than they ever imagined they could and/or were promoted to bigger roles. It's been a wild ride from lab technician to several VP of Quality, Regulatory and Safety positions and I'm not ready for it to end!
